Huawei Nova 11 / Nova 9 series obtain stable HarmonyOS 4.2 update 

Huawei started distributing the HarmonyOS 4.2 stable version update to the Huawei Nova 9 and Nova 11 series users. You can download and install the latest HarmonyOS 4.2.0.120 build in your smartphone. Just make sure your device is running over the current HarmonyOS 4.0.0.137 version.

To get the update simply Settings app, then System and updates, and from here Software update, simply check for the updates. If HarmonyOS 4.2 is available on your device then simply download and install it via the WiFi connection, also make sure to prepare a backup of your important data.
