Huawei HarmonyOS NEXT allow to install internal corporate app via description files
A feature from the iOS past could be incorporated into Huawei’s upcoming HarmonyOS NEXT operating system. A recent Huawei announcement revealed HarmonyOS NEXT developer instructions, which reveals that applications can be compiled and packaged.

Alongside, the dedicated firmware will issue certifications and profiles, and then allow user uploads of application packages and descriptions to a server or third-party cloud for direct installation.
The application is not suitable for public release on the Huawei App Market. As well as distribution through designated channels, AGC can also be used by developers for small-scale distribution within enterprises or specific groups of people.
Using the following below-mentioned method users can get it:
- Simply open the Settings app
- Then System ‘
- Now go Enterprise device and Application management
- From here, go with Enterprise application management
- And Allow to run it.
Currently, the internal enterprise application release’s support is limited to Stage-based HarmonyOS applications, and meta-services are not currently supported.
