Baidu Map launches HarmonyOS Map SDK version 1.0.0, this is to help developers with a map service interface adapted to HarmonyOS NEXT version 1 to build feature-rich and highly interactive map applications on the HarmonyOS system.
However, the features introduced by HarmonyOS Map SDK v1.0.0 multiple map types, including standard map and satellite map interaction methods such as ‘Control, gestures, and methods to make map interaction more convenient.

Notably, Developers can draw points, line areas text, custom overlays, and other map overlays on the map based on business needs to create a rich map showcase on the map-based effects including POI retrieval, route planning, forward and reverse address resolution, and coordinate conversion.
