To search a particular app from all those installed on your smartphone takes a little time, then enter it after passing through multiple singing processes to operate it. Well, Huawei HarmonyOS NEXT brings a solution to it, you can now open and operate any application with just a single scan.

Huawei HarmonyOS Next adds a new function for scanning a code to enter an application. This feature is placed permanently in the control center. It allows you to scan the code to pay, order food, ride, rent power banks, and more.
All you need to do is
- Scan the QR Code
- Identify the app to which the QR Code belongs
- Search the app
- Open it
- Search Scan code entrance
- Scan the code
- Reach the service page
Notably, this function is present in the Camera app, and if you want to replace it then you can paste it on the control center or lock screen, although it supports even in locked screen for one-step scanning.
On the other hand, the app is not installed to which QR code belongs, this feature helps them to guide how to download and use it from the App Store.
A code scanning function and an automatic zoom function are also included in this function, allowing you to scan codes through automatic zoom. When scanned under normal lighting conditions, a QR code with a size of 18x18cm can be read up to 18 meters away.
The low-light algorithm of the code scanning function achieves 92% accuracy in dim environments. In other complex scenes, code scanning accuracy is 92%; the code scanning delay is 550 milliseconds.
