Huawei Pura 70 Open adaptation of HarmonyOS NEXT being actively deployed and developed: Tipster

Huawei HarmonyOS NEXT has already made its successful debut in the market and is currently under developer beta testing for the Mate 60 series and Mate X5 smartphone including one MatePad 13. This disappoints the Huawei Pura 70 users a lot as, the heir of the Pura series, is still not compatible with the developer beta.

But recently a famous Weibo tipster FixedFocusDigital shared information that the company is working on HarmonyOS NEXT for Huawei Pura 70. As per the tipster Huawei Pura, 70 series open adaptation work for HarmonyOS NEXT is actively underway.

The Chinese tech giant is actively deploying and developing the new-gen OS for the Pura 70 series, as shown via the development community. On the other hand, OpenHarmony and HarmonyOS are two different things, this feature is equivalent to the performance issue of underlying scheduling in the Android framework.

But once it’s compatible with OpenHarmony then it’s easy to grab the HarmonyOS NEXT. , the official version of HarmonyOS NEXT will debut in October pre-installed on Mate 70 series, and then after the company will start expanding the upgrade to other device users.

As I mentioned previously, the older snapdragon version of Huawei phones is also compatible with the NEXT, so there will be many devices that grab the NEXT, but still, the overall device list is not been released. So we have to wait patiently to experience the new OS.
